SELECTION PROCEDURE

  • The selection of the students is on the basis of an entrance test "COMMON MANAGEMENT ADMISSION TEST" (CMAT), shall be conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for selection of candidates for admission to MBA. Admission shall be done through Counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh (DTE), on the basis of the common ranking list declared by AICTE.
  • To take admission in MBA /MBA (Marketing) /MBA (Finance) programs, the candidate will have to register for counselling on the basis of the score obtained in CMAT/Other Entrace Examinations as approved by the DTE, at the portal of the DTE and after uploading the necessary certificates. The required minimum 15 Institutes will be selected on the basis of their preference and the fee has to be paid by filling the choice, after that the process of issuing merit list and seat allotment will be done by Directorate of Technical Education Madhya Pradesh, then candidate(s) may report to concerned  Institute with tuition fee and  admission will be confirmed.
  • If the seats remains vacant after the first round of counselling held on the basis of merit of common entrance test then the second round of counselling either separately on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test and/or simultaneously with the counselling on the basis of marks obtained in the Qualifying Examination shall be taken by the DTE. In the counselling of qualifying examination all the available seats shall be presumed to be under unreserved seats and the allotment shall be made accordingly on the basis of a joint merit list of candidates of all categories.
  • The vacant seats will be allotted to the students registered under College Level Counseling (CLC) through DTE Madhya Pradesh.
