The BSSS IAS has established the latest Smart Library Management System based on RFID which has auto-return and issue facility can serve the BSSS IAS community 24x7. The library is an ocean of knowledge and information with a vast collection of books and journals relevant to the courses. It is a sacred place for acquiring knowledge. Students are directed to uphold the sanctity and solemnity of the library environment and maintain strict silence.

The Institute has a dedicated Library with Reprographic facilities for the use of students. Library is having extensive collection of Research Journals, Reference Books authored by both Indian and International writers. BSSS-IAS also has a Digital library with access to Research Journals, Books and Case .Repositories etc., which are relevant to the Academic topics and also for General topics. The students are encouraged to access the library and its resources to update their knowledge on latest trends in Management Research and Industry Practices.

The Centrally air-conditioned building offers a vast pool of literature and other amenities to students to have a conducive academic environment. The library has been provided with Desktop computers for accessing to online journals, DELNET, National Digital Library (NDL), EBSCO, INFLINET.
