Dr. Pooja Sharma, PhD,UGC –NET is currently working as an Associate Professor, Marketing ,at BSSS-IAS, Bhopal, M.P. She holds an academic experience of almost two decades in teaching MBA, M.Tech and BBA courses at Amity University, Noida, ICFAI University,Hyderabad and Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University.She has a vast corporate experience in Marketing with brands like Onida and Dainik Bhaskar.Her research interests include Retail Management, Strategic Marketing, Bottom of the Pyramid and Consumer Behaviour. She has published papers in national and international journals. She has authored two books on ‘Retail Management’ and six chapters in prestigious books . She received NPTEL Topper award (2023) and has received three Best Paper awards. She is a rank holder in her post-graduation. Dr. Pooja Sharma has accomplished certifications from IITs and IIMs in the realm of Marketing and Human Resource Management. Her vast corporate and academic experience enhances her passion to teach.
