BACKGROUND
In today’s dynamic global landscape, where innovation and adaptability define success, the BSSS Institute of Advanced Studies (BSSS-IAS) acknowledges the growing need for strategic dialogue on reimagining enterprise and human capital development. With an unwavering commitment to academic excellence and industry relevance, BSSS-IAS is proud to host the 5th edition of Colloquium on “Reimagining Enterprise: Strategic Innovation for Developing Human Capital and Business.” This initiative aims to create a vibrant platform where visionary leaders, scholars, and practitioners converge to share insights on building future-ready enterprises through innovation-driven strategies.
As globalization, digital transformation, and the evolution of the workforce continue to reshape organizational structures, the intersection of strategic innovation and human capital development has become increasingly crucial. This colloquium aims to deliberate on how enterprises can use technology, innovation, and leadership to create sustainable growth, grow their employees, and make them more competitive and converting them into human asset. By facilitating meaningful discourses and collaboration, the event seeks to redefine the way business is conducted—placing human capital at the core of strategic innovation for long-term success and societal impact.
Objectives:
The objective of the colloquium is to provide a dynamic platform for academicians, industry experts, entrepreneurs, and students to engage in meaningful dialogue on the evolving paradigms of enterprise management. It aims to explore innovative strategies that foster the development of human capital while driving sustainable business growth. Through knowledge exchange and collaborative discussions, the Colloquium seeks to reimagine how organisations can integrate creativity, technology, and strategic thinking to build agile, people-centred enterprises that thrive in a competitive and rapidly changing global environment.

The Colloquium will be formally initiated with an Inaugural function on 13th December 2025 at 10 AM followed by Plenary sessions and Technical sessions related to Sub-themes.

- Nature enthusiasts can explore Van Vihar National Park, a unique blend of wildlife sanctuary and zoological park located beside the Upper Lake near Shyamla Hills.
